With 38 routes in total, it is a good spot for bottom-roping, bouldering and leading. Willies Route, Punk Rock and Strawberry Crack are all enjoyable climbs. The grades range from D to E3.
Access
- Take the M8 heading to Kilmarnock, come off at J22 and follow the road to Barrhead and then into Neilston.
- Follow the back road out of Neilston heading away from Glasgow. You will see the crag on your left hand side.
- Parking for the crag is just past the crag but on the right hand-side. It is an in-use farm track, so please park appropriately and do not block access.
What to be aware of:
- A few bold routes at the top, even at grade S.
- Loose rock on some routes.
- Not suitable for large groups.
