A guided day on a mountaineering route, learning what scrambling is, how to look after yourself when you do it, and experience a journey through the mountains.

The course is designed as in introduction to steep mountain and scrambling type terrain for those that want to gain confidence in steep ground and easy scrambles.  This course aims to give you the confidence and skills to start tackling steeper ground, as well as enabling you to know what to do if you end up in that ground by mistake.

These courses are run by the fantastic Kirsty Pallas (MCI) from our Mountain Safety team.

The location will be on the West side of Scotland, likely based near Glencoe but this will be confirmed closer to the date when booked.
