ClimbScotland will host two-day Scottish Boulder Championships on 26th and 27th April 2025 at EICA, Ratho.
The competition is open to climbers in U13, U15, U17, U19 and Senior categories.
As a national competition, the SBC boulders are of a higher standard than the bouldering found in the ClimbScotland Youth Climbing Series (YCS). It is aimed at any climber who wishes to compete at this high level, and those who are trying for selection to the Scottish Development and National Squads. You do not have to be a Scottish resident to enter.
As well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd podiums, we will also award the title of “Scottish champion” in each category; the top ranking climber who is resident in Scotland.

27th April – Youth Competition (U13, U15, U17) and Senior Finals

- Senior Finals 16:00 – 17:30

Competition Categories
The competition is open to climbers born in 2014 or earlier.
Seniors and U19s will compete together in the one competition. There will only be one semi-final and final. The final result sheet will provide rankings per age group (Senior and U19) and medals will be awarded accordingly for the two age groups.
U17, U15 and U13 will compete together in one competition. There will only be one final. The final result sheet will provide rankings per age group (U17, U15, U13) and medals will be awarded accordingly for the three age groups

Bookings for the Scottish Boulder Championships will be open from 28th March – 14th April at this page. Late entries will not be accepted.
